About
I spent my whole life searching for meaning, and it took losing everything to realize it was right in front of me all along. 

As a child, I had big dreams. My ambition led me to join the Canadian Forces, where I served a combat deployment to Afghanistan. When I returned, I felt like I was living another person's life, haunted by pain, guilt, and trauma. 

In an effort to fill the hole in my heart, I chased after continually bigger dreams. However, no matter how much I achieved, whether as a police officer or an entrepreneur, I always felt like something was missing. 

It took losing my wife to cancer for me to realize that all the time spent chasing after my goals, I was running away from my past and hiding my authentic self. Before I could heal and become the person I was meant to be, I first had to figure out who I really was - and learn to love myself despite the pain, shame, and feelings of failure.

Now, I strive to share those lessons to help others learn to live authentic lives of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.
